• Use our services to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

4. AI-Generated Content

Our app uses artificial intelligence to generate answers to children's questions. While we implement safety measures to ensure responses are age-appropriate and accurate:

• AI-generated answers are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
• Answers may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We encourage parents to review answers and discuss them with their children.
• The parent approval feature allows you to review answers before your child hears them. We recommend using this feature, especially for younger children.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms and your App Store account settings.
• Free trial terms, if offered, will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Viremist and our applications are owned by Viremist. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viremist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law
